Chocolate Nut Energy Bars

1/2 C dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
1 C walnuts
1/2 C peanuts (or other nuts)
1/2 C cashews
1/2 C pumpkin seeds
1/2 C chocolate chips
2 T agave nectar or maple syrup
1/4 t salt

In a food processor, blend all ingredients until mixture starts to pull away from the sides of the mixer and forms a dough.

Transfer to a dry cutting board and shape into a loaf. Slice into bars. Wrap each bar in plastic wrap and keep in freezer until needed.
