Title: Waffles II
2 C water
2 T sugar
1 C quick-cooking oats
1/4 C cornmeal
4 T ground flaxseed
1/4 C raw cashews
2 T cornstarch
3/4 t salt
1 t cinnamon
Preheat your waffle iron.
Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 1 minute. Let sit for 10-15 minutes so all the ingredients have some time to mix and thicken up.
Cook in waffle iron.
