Garlic Seitan


4 - small baby bok choy, drimmed and halved lengthwise
2 T peanut oil
2 - large garlic cloves, minced
12 oz. seitan, thinly sliced
0 - salt and pepper
1/2 C hoisin sauce
3 T water

Lightly steam the bok choy until just tender, 3-4 minutes. Set aside.

Saute the garlic and seitan in peanut oil until the seitan is browned all over, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the hoisin sauce and water, blending well.

Add the bok choy and spoon the sauce over all to coat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer about 10 minutes, until tender.
