Mediterranean Olive Oil and Lemon Vinaigrette

1/3 C olive oil
1/4 C fresh lemon juice
3 - cloves garlic, minced finely
1 t dried oregano
1 t dried thyme
1 t dried basil
1/2 t salt
0 - ground black pepper

Whisk all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
