Title: Walnut Sauce

1/2 C chopped walnuts
1 C flat-leaf parsley
2 T olive oil
1 T tomato paste
2 - large cloves garlic
1/2 t salt

Place everything in the food processor and purée it. Can be tossed with steamed vegetables or thinned with vegetable stock or water to use as a pasta sauce.
