Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce

1/2 C creamy peanut butter
1/4 C water
3 T soy sauce
2 t light brown sugar
1 T fresh lime juice
1 T rice vinegar
1 1/2 t chile paste

In a small bowl or food processor, combine all the ingredients and mix until well blended. Taste to adjust seasoning. Refrigerate until needed.
