Fennel with Walnuts and Oranges


1 - fennel bulbs, trimmed and thinly sliced
2 - oranges
1/2 C walnuts
1/4 C vegenaise

Slice fennel and orange and add to bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add walnuts and serve.

    Yum. Basically another version of the waldorf salad, so what could be wrong with it?
