Two Color Cauliflower

1 - small white cauliflower, cut into florets
1 - small green cauliflower, cut into florets
1 - lemon, juice of
2 T grated lemon rind
6 T olive oil
1 - roasted red pepper, in brine, chopped
1/8 t chili powder
1/4 t dried oregano
1 - clove garlic, chopped
0 - salt and pepper

Boil the cauliflowers in separate pots, drain and arrange on serving dish.

Mix together lemon juice, lemon rind, olive oil, red pepper, chili powder, oregano, garlic, and salt and pepper.

Pour dressing over cauliflower and let stand for one hour.
