1/2 - package fettuccini
3/4 C raw cashews
1/4 C raw pine nuts
1 T lemon juice
1 - clove garlic, minced
2 t nutritional yeast
1/2 t ground thyme
1/2 t salt
3/4 t ground black pepper
3/4 C water
In a large pot of salted water, boil the pasta. While pasta is cooking, with a blender or food processor, blend the remaining ingredients until smooth.
When pasta is cooked, drain noodles and return to pot. Add the sauce to the noodles and toss well.
