Cheez Sauce I

1/2 C nutritional yeast
2 T flour
1/2 t salt
1 C water
2 t oil
1 1/2 t Dijon mustard
1 1/2 t Braggs or tamari

In a small saucepan on high heat, whisk together all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 2-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
