1 C flour
2 t baking powder
1 - banana
1 1/4 C vegan milk
1 T sugar
Mash the banana with 1/4 cup of vegan milk. Add to dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar), and stir in additional cup of vegan milk.
Cook pancakes over medium heat on a skillet.
