4 - stalks celery, diced
1 - green apple, diced
1 - small bunch red grapes, sliced
1 T fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 C chopped walnuts
1/3 C Vegenaise
1/2 - lemon, juice of
Dice the celery and apples and slice the grapes. Add parsley and walnuts. Stir in Vegenaise.
This stuff is unbelievable. It always satisfies.
