Sauerkraut with Mushrooms and Potatoes

2 T olive oil
3 - cloves garlic, minced
2 1/4 C sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
2 3/4 C sliced mushrooms
11 oz. potatoes, sliced
0 - salt

Saute garlic in oil over low heat. Add sauerkraut and mushrooms and turn heat to high, stirring and cooking for about eight minutes.

Add potatoes and salt, lower heat, and cook covered for 45 minutes. Add water if necessary.
